Welcome to the Hall H Show podcast – The Voice of Artist Alley and Independent Creators!

Jul 15, 2019

On episode 71, we share my DesignerCon 2018 conversation with freelance pencil artist, Lenny Romero (Lenzations)!

A former business major and collegiate wrestler, this self taught artist loves the meticulous nature of his medium…some of his pieces can take up to three months to complete!

We first met him at Stan Lee’s Comikaze 2015 and each time we seem him is like the first time. We’re always blown away by his Godzilla and kaiju related pencil artwork,

On this episode, he gives some good advice for interacting and communicating with potential customers at a convention and he also talks about the value of being patient.

He’ll be making an appearance for the first time ever at Artists Alley table EE-05 at San Diego Comic-Con 2019, so please make sure to go check him out!

If you believe in our mission to be the voice of independent creators, please leave us a comment and rating (hopefully five stars) on iTunes. You can also find this podcast on Google Play, Stitcher, iHeartRadio and even Spotify!

Have a comic book or pop culture creative that you would like to hear on the show…please let us know on any of our social media channels or our contact form.

Peace…cheers…and please make it a point to visit Artist Alley and Small Press at all the conventions you plan on going to this year!

Speaking of conventions, I will be on the “Heroes at the Mic” pop culture podcasting panel at San Diego Comic-Con 2019! It will take place at 4pm on Friday, July 19 at the Neil Morgan Auditorium at the San Diego Central Library, which is a short walk from the convention center…so hope to see some of you there!
